By the time you read this post I will be up in the friendly skies flying half way around the world with my hubby. For the next 22 days I will be driving, eating, sight-seeing and picture-taking my way this country. (Eat-Pray-Love and all of that!)
Hopefully I will find some time at the end of the day to share some of my travels with you! (Yes, the digital and flip cameras are safely packed in my carry-on along with my little computer. {Note: I promise that there will be NO pirates videos!}. So until then…
Ciao’
Debs
P.S. Hubby goes home on day #9 and then some of my girlfriends are joining me for the remainder of the trip. It’s sure to be a great time so stay tuned.

I miss you already Biotch! Come home soon and don’t forget… I want 3-5 scarfs! All of different varieties.
I lived in Italy in 2003. If you have the chance visit the Isola di Capri (Island of Capri), notice the staircases carved into the cliffs on the way out there passing Sorrento on the Amalfi coast, prettiest water in all of Italy! Also visit Switzerland…you would NOT regret it. Good luck, lock up your purse or backpack, stop lights are optional for drivers and your feet will be filthy by the end of the day if you wear sandals! Bella Viaggio e arrivederci!
Thanks to both Keighley and Sarah for the reminders of all there is for me to do in Italy. I’ve made it safely and have overcome jetlag, hiked the hills of Portofino and eaten pizza for the last 2 nights. Tomorrow I continue on down the Italian Riveria. All for the sake of blog content! What a sacrifice…
oooooh ky great idea… Debs, if you can find extra scarves for a cold girl here in Denver that would be wonderful.
