My friend, Vanessa, shared this easy chocolate cookie recipe with me. This recipe is super easy AND it only requires three or four ingredients ~ ~ ~
CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX COOKIES
Ingredients
- Devils Food Cake Mix (1 Box)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil (or you may use butter)
- 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (I didn’t have any so I made my cookies plain)
Mix thoroughly. Drop on greased cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes. (Note: when dropping the cookie dough on the cookie sheet, make them on the smaller side. They will flatten out even more as they bake.)
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
