Did you know pumpkin can moisturize your skin? It’s true. This natural ingredient can help your skin become as smooth as a baby’s rump.
Pumpkin contains Vitamin A (which serves as a mild cleanser and skin softener), Vitamin C (a natural antioxidant), Zinc (this helps sooth irritated skin) and Alpha-Hdyroxy Acids (these remove impurities, exfoliate and revitalize the skin).
Here is a fun pumpkin facial recipe for you to try out~~~
Take 3 Tablespoons of cooked or canned pumpkin and smash it (I recommend taking a can of pumpkin puree). Add ½ teaspoon of honey and ¼ teaspoon of milk (Milk is perfect for normal to oily skin. If you have dry skin, try adding butter milk {you could also add ¼ teaspoon of jojoba oil to this mixture}. Stir together all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Apply to a clean face. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
