In response to your question about tips on making tart crusts, I have enclosed a link to Dorie Greenspan&#039;s Sweet Tart Crust which I used for the Chocolate Peanut Caramel Tart. It&#039;s an easy tart to make as you lightly press it into the pan. The only other thing I might add is that the more times you make a tart crust, the more efficient you become. I used to make pies and tarts only around the holidays and they always were a pain. Now that I&#039;m making them more often, I have better success.  Thanks for commenting on my blog. I love reading &quot;The Bella Life&quot;. You guys put some very interesting posts on your blog.
